Price Data...Only Half the Card Shows?
 

Not sure if this is the website or my computer(s) setup, but lately on the computers I use when I click to see the image of a card in the Price Data section, only the left half of the card shows.

Can't get the whole card and slab to show.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I think you emailed us about this. Is this happening on every auction? Or just a couple? It might be that we didn't get the image fully downloaded from eBay, but that should be a pretty rare occurance. Please let us know specific auctions and we can check into it further. Thanks,

Thanks for the response! It was not me who emailed...must have been another user.

This is happening for me on every auction. Only the left half of the card shows.

I am using Explorer as my browser on all the computers.

OK - just downloaded Google Chrome browser and it works with your website. The cards that only showed half using Explorer now show fully using Chrome.

You have a compatibility problem with Explorer.

Though I'm pretty sure the whole world has a compatability problem with IE... =)

While using any other browser (Firefox highly recommended) will fix it we should still have it working in IE and will try to get it working better soon, Thanks,
