Non Sport Exhibits HELP!!!
 

Hi All:

Picked up a lot that was ID'ed as Exhibit Card Salesman Samples. All the cards are much smaller than regular Exhibits and some are numbered.

I know about BB and FB Exhibits but I have NO IDEA on non sport ones. Did they issue any numbered Exhibits like some shown are?

The scan with the quarter shows the most Exhibit looking cards.

The cards in thefinal two plastic sheets (Tim Holt upper left and Max Terhune Upper left) are on much thinner stock with photos on front and back.

Are any of the ones shown in the below photos the same as issued Exhibits?

The card stock is like heavier Post Cereal cards.

If not Exhibits what are they?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi Fred,

They look to me like 4 on 1 exhibits that have been cut up. Like the Baseball one 4 on 1's from the 30's, I have seen some non sports issued that way.

Hi Ricky:

Your theory holds on a few of the cowboys, but others are paper thin and double sided, so they can't be Exhibits. And I don't think Exhibit released 4 on 1's with comic book covers/movie posters etc. At least as far as I have been able to determine.

BTW. I sent you an email on the 28th to your email addy that starts with "foundname" Did you get it or is it an old email address?
