Bildilli is one of the tougher 1940's debut autographs to acquire as he passed away in 1947. Page also includes the following:

Rip Radcliff (died 1962)
John Niggeling (died 1963)

Fred Haney (died 1977)

The Fred Hofmann appears to be clubhouse.
