Can anyone shed some light on this little ditty? Measures an
bout 5" long...

There was an Arch B Davis that was a banker in Louisville, KY...perhaps he held an opening day party at the ballpark and had these whistles made up for the occasion?

I recall an Ann B. Davis

She really cleaned up.

With a little help from Dan, I've pretty much determined these were given out as "party favors" in Cincinnati at Redland Field for opening day 1929 by Mr. Davis to his family and friends. The date matches and I found the whistle in the Cincinnati area.
