Auto baseball help
 

Anybody have a clue? Received a bunch of auto items from a friend. This is the only one I cant figure out and I do not have a clue... Not even sure if its two signatures or what. Signed on a Rawlings ball with Selig on it. As far as others in the collection it was very random. There was a negro league ball to 71 Mets team to a Raul Mondesi.... So the others are not helping. Thanks in advance!
