My wife got me this case last X-Mas. They sell nicer one's with velvet backdrops, but if you want to go the inexpensive route I believe she paid like $85 online for it.

Target has some frames that cost about $20 which perfectly fit 9 graded cards (3 rows of 3). You might have to tape each slab in place on the back to keep them in place, but for a nice display for $20, you can't go wrong!
I'll post a pic or two of mine when I get home later... |

how come you don't list Payton in your Tag line among the sets you collect? |
Thank you Dan.
ScottFandango -still a work in progress going on 7 years, Ive added a few pieces since that picture was taken. Its 1 of 20 or so displays I am building for my football room. No reason for not listing it, thought Id stick with just baseball wants here. |
Tripod Display Stands
1 Attachment(s)
I have all of my graded cards on individual, clear tripod display stands inside of a cabinet. I think it looks good but it is a hassle setting them all up and removing them to dust, reorganize. I got about 100 of the plastic tripod holders for about $30-40.

My Graded Card Displays

This is my graded card display wall. No dusting for my wife! Cases came directly from Pennzoni display.

Built for SGC cases, although in this case the majority have been inserted into opened SGC slabs and glued in.

Just love showing off an American Flag shelf with a few graded cards on it.

Does anybody care about the UV rays hitting the cards? My autographed photos that are worth more than $300 I put in museum quality glass that reflects UV rays. I'm too scard to display my cards in the light/sun....

I don't display my collection.....all locked away in vaults. I take them out to study and admire, then right back in. Dave.

I get my supplies from mattsbaseball.com
I have tens of thousands in autographs, and have had them in my sports room for 17+ years. NO fading at all on anything. Windows are blacked out, no sunlight. The custom cases I use are non UV as they would have been twice the cost, Ive had no problems. Edit= I use both the tripod and 2 piece acrylic card displays. The 2 piece stands work much better than the tripod IMO. The tripods tend to tip over when a bigger slab is used. The 2 piece wont, and you can use 2-2 piece for exhibits and bigger items. |

I got the tripod plastic holders from BCW Supplies. I think they look good but they are definitely like dominoes if one card gets knocked over. http://www.bcwsupplies.com/products/...mall-stand.htm Andy |

I'd sell you a couple barely used Penzoni large wall display cases made for graded card slabs, like the ones shown above. PM me if interested, they are just taking up closet space here.

I saw this display in the Nov 2012 SMR, and always thought it looked nice.
