If I want to get a autographed Babe Ruth card encapsulated by PSA/dna I assume I am paying the Ruth autograph fee and not just the signed card authentication fee right?

Non discounted blue flip encapsulation on Ruth would be $250

Non discounted red flip encapsulation on Ruth would depend on the perceived value of the item (for red flip would have to be a licensed trading card)

Value of $500 to $1999.99 would cost you $35 fee
value of $2000 to $4999.99 would cost you $65 fee
Value of $5000 to $9999.99 would cost you $125 fee
Value of $10,000 and up would cost you $400 fee
