Mystery Pin - to me at least...
 

My apologies if this belongs on the memorabilia side. Found this pin a while back and the image appears to be a ball player. It measures about 1 3/8" top to bottom, unmarked. Any thoughts are welcomed - thanks in advance!

I don't know that it's a ball player, but it's a late 1800s/early 1900s celluloid pin. Fair chance it's someone noteworthy, at least at the time, as I don't think they made celluloid pins of nobodies off the street,
