Graded, but not Professionally Graded
 

Some auctions just make you go "Really?"

Obvious reprint, says it is graded a 4 (on a scale of 1-Infinity?), then says right next to that that the card is Not Professionally Graded.

I usually try and avoid Amateur Graded cards.

I stay away from any grading companies other than the big three.

Looks like the right border is wavy. Must be a hand cut scrap card. What a deal to get there. :D:D
