T206 Charlie Starr Blue Ink Boston
 

Can anyone give their opinion about T206 Blue Ink Boston card.

It was sold at auction as a missing red ink card but in reality it really appears like light blue was laid down instead of blush color?

Thoughts?

One of my favourites.

It does appear that there is a blue layer underneath...at least on some iterations.

hmm. well isn't that intersting.

i would have thought it made a more of a puprly color...

so why do other boston players have a blush undertone?
