I had a very positive transaction with Colt a while back. No complaints here.

I've know Colt for over 10 years. One of the nicest upstanding and trustworthy people I've met in the "hobby".

He knows how to communicate using the English language and can even create full meaningful sentences.

I'm not sure you would ever find him on an internet chat board calling another collector vulgar names like a 7 year-old.

I don't know Colt, so I have nothing to say on that subject, but you nailed it right on the head. What human being could read the OP and have any clue what he's saying?? I read it 100 times and once in a while a part of it would become a tiny bit clearer. Holy crap, our educational system has failed some of us!!!!

And right after he was suspended yesterday, within minutes, he re-registered for the board with a different user id and THE SAME email address. Man, that was hard to figure out. What a maroon. I don't think he is a bad guy, just can't control his temper on the board......He'll be back at some point if he wants to be. But that tirade got him a time out.....There has to be consequences for going ballistic like that.

I know Larry a long time and have a lot of respect for him. I agree that the manner in which the frustration was expressed was not in line with the clearly written rules of the boards and support consequences for actions to keep the boards a safe happy place for all. Sorry for Larry, both that he had the experience he did and that he will not be here for a while.

He will be allowed back pretty soon if he wants to come back. More of a wake up call than anything. I think I have met him once or twice and never had any issues. Maybe he had a bad day or something. Nothing personal about this.....

At least there was no insults in that thread, but the statment "out of every 100 collectors on here 95 are tire kickers" won't get him very far on the B/S/T.

And at least he learned how to sound coherent and spell out something we could understand.
