Why authentic?
 

This card seems to have the full black border. Any guesses as to why it got an "A" grade?

Well, I guess I'll have to break it out and try PSA!

From a quick look at it, it does not look like you will fair any better with PSA. It looks like it was cut just a little short on the top.
