Hi Tony, What size is the hat and who made it?

There are no tags of any kind in the hat. It doesn't look like any have been removed either. Strange, but I have no idea why. Size wise, I tried it on and it would be between 7 1/8 and 7 1/4 as it fits me and that's my range. Hope that helps!
