1941 Brooklyn Dodgers World Series Phantom Tickets
 

I've owned these for many years and have always wondered about them. They're for Games 3 and 4. One is yellow, the other orange. Both are die cut VOID. Anything special or eye-of-the-beholder items? Thank you.

Brooklyn was in the World Series with the Yankees in 1941.

Oops. I originally had them as 1944. Old eyes playing a trick. :)

The VOID punch's that are present, and lack of seat numbers indicate that these are quite possibly salesman printers proof tickets that were used to sell
tickets to perspective clients.
