Need Some Help with a very Cool 1920 Redsox related item

Got this one in the mail yesterday & very excited to have it as part of my collection.

Document is an alphabetical list of stockholders for the Boston American League Baseball clube dated 11/27/1920. It was put together by the Corporation Trust Company who is now known as Wolters Kluwer. There is some handwriting on the documdnt but mostly typing... what is cool about it is that it has the names and addresses of 5 owners (Namely Hary Frazee) along with the amount of common and preferred stock they held in the team...I thought it was particularly cool as it was a year end document that was put together in the very year Ruth was sold by Frazee to the yanks...

shareholder names are as follows:
Harry H. Frazee
U.J. Herrmann
John C. Heyer
Mary E. Lampert
Hugh J. Ward

The document itself is on a heavier paperstock and would fold out to be about 16x10 (inside is the same stockholder ledger that is on the main page). The document then has 2 additional (not very pronounced folds) that you would find on an older insurance document...

Does anyone have any idea as to value estimated and or who could have comprised the document??? there are initials on the fron cover that either resemble EH or EW

Thanks for your help!
Dave

Thanks Scott

I feel the same way about the piece... not going anywhere soon & gladly would have paid more for it than I did... Any document experts out there that may have an idea of what this one is worth???

Thoughts & Opinions Greatly appreciated!
David

I've seen a couple of similar items in the past year - there was a Red Sox accounting book from the 1910s or 1920s on eBay which sold for somewhere in the $150 range.

And someone at the Shriners show in Wilmington MA had a binder with a series of Red Sox documents from the 1920s - various things along this line, from the Bob Quinn ownership days, and he was asking $500 for the whole binder.

Nice items!
