Large group of 15 1918 Zeenuts available for sale!!

15 might not sound like a large group, but given this particular set, it's a pretty significant offering. z18s are beyond rare and it's actually a challenge to snag just one, much less this many of them. The only ones that ever seem to appear on Ebay are priced at 5k on up apiece and z18s never, ever seem to make an appearence in house auctions or even our own BST. I have some other projects I'm hoping to start so I figured I'd see if I could find a new home for these.
Many of them are very nice for 1918 Zeenuts, and a couple are in the VG range. All cards are raw except two - a Ritchie in a 30 holder and a terrific looking Howard in a 40. Of the raw cards, I'd say that 4-5 of them are in the GD to VG range with 2-3 others hovering around FR. There's a few in PR grade but some of those are nice. I won't lie, there's a dog or two in the lot as well. The players in the group are as follows... Conwright (Salt Lake) GD - crease across middle...writing on back Cox (Salt Lake) FR - wrinkling but little wear...looks nice Croll (OAK) ROUGH - heavy creasing Downs (SF) FR - heavy vertical crease w/ corner wear Eldred (SAC) PR - a few heavier creases Fittery (LA) ROUGH - wrinkling Gardner (OAK) FR - vertical crease Hawkes (OAK) PR/FR - soiling, larger crease Howard (OAK) SGC 40 Konnick (Salt Lake) VG - VG/EX - no wrinkling/creasing. very little wear...sharp card! Kremer (OAK) GD/VG - mild corner wear...couple small wrinkles Leverenz (Salt Lake) PR - wrinkling/corner wear Phillips (SF) FR - corner wrinkle...mild wear...VG on front but scrape on the back Ritchie (SF) SGC 30 Smale (OAK) PR - wrinkling...still a nice appearence though Offering the group for $1825 including shipping/insurance. For the time being, I would prefer to keep the group intact. Thanks in advance for any interest.... -Brian redmaccie@hotmail.com Attachment 101026 |
