Trying to put a date on this mini pennant
 

I bought this old LA Angels mini pennant the other day and I'm trying to figure out an approximate date for it. I don't usually deal with pennants this old because most Angels pennants are post-1961.

It is 8-3/4 inch long and is made of thin felt. From what I gather this was from a set of MLB and PCL teams with many of the pennants reusing the same graphics. The Reds pennant I found has the same figure as this Angels one. It looks like this Seattle Indians found here on ebay is from the same set. http://www.ebay.com/itm/CA-1938-VINT...item58a06cdb71

From what I've seen, the Seattle team stopped using the Indians name in 1937 so would a mid-1930s date be appropriate guessimate for this pennant?
