Honus Wagner T206 Reprint - at least this one looks realistic

Hey, I'll admit to placing a bid on it but now its gone up to way more than I would spend on an RP!

I see the card is located in Slovakia? What's with the "Boston Gang" reference? Who TF would pay money for that?

I asked the seller who made this card. He didn't get back to me and I don't speak Slovak. I'm wondering if some bidders didn't notice the sellers indication of "reprint". Could someone be that naïve? :D

no idea why anyone would pay that much for a RP, when you could pay a few bucks for one, let alone buy a reprint at all. But if your gonna buy a fake card i would hope it wouldnt be more than a few dollars

Nice RP but i never paid more than 5$ for a reprint

I guess it's always possible someone thinks they are getting a real Wagner T-206 for $100, but I think the far more likely scenarios are that the auction is either being shilled or the bidders are bidding to use the card in their own scam.

Wagner reprint sells for: $661.51!!!

The seller specified "Reprint" but the card sold for $661.51.

You're not kidding! I wish I had 100 of those reprints! I'd sell them all day for $600. Then take the profits and buy the real thing.

Update

I see that the buyer has already left positive feedback for the seller immediately after the auction ended! The seller knows full well its a reprint looking at his feedback comment.

Has the world gone totally bonkers?

Yep, here's the feedback. Just awesome. :D
