1940 Gabby Hartnett Signed 8x10 Burke Photo From Vern Olsen Estate Sold
 

This item comes from the estate of former big leaguer Vern Olsen, just as does the group of 20 signed 4x6 photos I have available from the same year. This is a terrific clear image of Harnett which has been signed "To Vern Olsen a real fellow - with a great future ahead of him. My best to you always "Gabby" Hartnett Mgr. Chicago Cubs 1940". Signature and inscriptions are as bold as can possibly be. 10 out of 10. Photo has two 1 inch areas of light folding that does not make its way to the back. Very clean. Burke stamp on back. Full JSA LOA W59389.
