This is a good guide and rule of thumb for common cards. I understand that when using this chart for HOF rare backs, you use less of a multiplier, maybe Scot, Jim or Tim could elaborate.

if i see for example the uzit back.
multiplier is 100X
a comon player in grade 1 have a value arround 20$ ...
o if i follow thus multiplier a common uzit back card will sell for arround 2K ... it is a little high no ?

you have the right idea, but again it's just a "guide" and should be viewed as such. 2K for a common Uzit graded a "1", is probably a little high, it all depends on how well it presents and also who the player is. if it's a really beat up "1", then obviously not worth the 2K, but if it presents well for a "1" and has a slightly more desriable common on the front, it could be worth between 1400-1800...i just paid 2K for a clean common "2". Scot's updated chart is very useful, but again, it should be used as only a guide (a great one at that). the rest is up to you and your research. good luck!

Multipliers with this article now out of date--if current rare back frenzy is real. Views differ.

I use the Goodwin multiplier if the words illustrious, POP and PSA are used in the same sentence. Enter the normal non-tough price into any scientific calculator then start randomly pressing all the symbol buttons for a period of 10 mins. Then multiply that number by 20 after 10mins and there is your new back selling price. :)

I just divide by zero, sweet.
