Interesting. Maybe part of a Red Wings team issued set or picture pack? Looks similar in size and format to 1963 Scheible Press.

yes, I have a
1963 Scheible Press Rochester Red Wings - Fred Valentine
I added it to the scan above for size comparison... I've had these two together from a collection I bought many years ago... You can see the Scheible is much smaller in size.
I can't seem to find out what it is or how rare it may be. There is a stock photo on a site somewhere of a B&W of it I think...

We listed it with the Scheible Press 1963 set many years ago in the Standard Catalog, noting that there was also an oversize, blank-back card of Ron Kabbes.
