Final Day of Bidding: Love of the Game Auctions
 

Hi everybody:

Just a quick note to remind you that today is the final day to bid in Love of the Game's Opening Day Auction.

The auction features a great selection of prewar baseball, including tons of beautiful T3 Turkey Red cabinets, a great assortment of tough-backed T206 and T207 cards, a bunch of N172 Old Judges including the second known example of a Charlie Parsons "Ball in Hand" pose, plus tough examples of Amos Rusie and Pud Galvin.

There's also some great memorabilia, a nice run of T9 Turkey Red boxing cabinets, and a slew of other prewar baseball cards.

Some strong prices so far :D

My savings account is glad I didn't see the Ward Miller until after it closed. Or, maybe the winner should be glad I wasn't around to run it up on him. Fair price in my oppinion for the number of Cub collectors out here fighting over the rarities like Miller.
