What is written on the Old Judge N172 Card?
 

Just had a customer question me what was written on the front of the Old Judge N172 card just above the player's name. I was only able to make out the year 1889. Does anyone know what the rest says?

From the line "Copyrighted 1889"

Pretty much just a shot in the dark but it looks like copyrighted with the cop and part of the y cropped off.
