Sorry for the confusion regarding time zones here. It appears that lug-nut will be the winner of the auction. The other bidder bid way too low for what I had in mind.

That is fine. I have in mind that you will not be permitted in the BST areas anymore if that is the case. You set parameters and you stick to them. This isn't ebay. You will not have access to the BST anymore, thanks.
