Apparently, the original card was with him in a Oakland A's uniform.
Does anybody have a picture of that proof card as well as tyhe 68 Gibson and Seaver original proof. Thnaks again. |

I posted this over on the modern card side, even though I rarely visit that forum. It`s a little OT for the post-war side but I felt it appropriate to put it in this thread for anyone who otherwise might not see it. Here is the link to my post for those interested. Jim Palmer #490 error on back of card. Is this error known or did I make a new discovery?
