Did anyone see the current Mears Auction? The Babe Ruth, Bob Meusel autographed baseball in green ink? Am I missing something?

Why would they have a consignor letter posted, attesting to a PSA authentication, instead of the PSA letter itself? I have never seen such a consignor letter attesting to a PSA letter before.

And the Ruth signature is just awful. UNLESS it's a trace over....

Even if authentic I still think it would be of lower value. How can you authenticate something that is so far away from exemplars?
