I believe this photo is from the Detroit Tigers Jay Publishing Co. Set of photos which were handed out at Stadiums in the 1950's and 1960's. Does anyone know which Jay Publishing Set( Year ) this photo belongs too ? I checked the PSA Master Set and this photo was not listed in the Jay Publishing section.
