Authenticated signed Babe Ruth picture
 

I have an authenticated signed Babe Ruth picture that was signed by The Babe in 1947 to his friend PGA golfer Harry Cooper. The photos do not do the picture any justice but the autograph and picture is top of the line. To see the Letter of Authenticity go to www.SpenceLOA.com and type in certification number X49529. What is the size of the picture?

M&M - You might want to introduce yourself to the folks around here. As Greg said, a $10k Ruth auto is quite a first post and with the rampant fraud in the hobby, it would be nice to know who is selling this.

That being said, welcome to the forum! :)

That seems like a great item, but as others have mentioned, that is a large chunk of cash based on a photo and no information. Even if you have JSA, who is to say that the picture next to it isnt a scan printed out. I know that it probably is legit, but if I was interested, an item with no background and no knowledge of the seller would steer me away.

Just my 2 cents.

That makes no sense whatsoever... Why would you not include a photo of the original, especially if you are asking $10k? A copy of a copy... What???? You really should be picturing the original and much better photos.

Very, very nice photo but...with all due respect, I believe that there were several Ruth personalized and signed photos in last years REA auction and they each sold in the $3,000.00 to $6,000.00 range.

I sent a response to BigTrain that I have received an offer of $5000 but because of the beautiful signature I am regretfully holding out for the higher range he mentioned in his message. I also told him the first $6000 offer I receive, I will sell. Thank you
