Charles Comiskey Signed Document On Chicago White Sox Letterhead Dated 1919 Full JSA

Really neat piece...not exactly baseball related content to the document but I have not seen another Comiskey signed document on White Sox letterhead dated from 1919.

The best thing about that letter is it proves Comiskey was a cheap bastard still using 1917 letterhead in 1919.

While I am not contending Comiskey was a cheap bastard :), I believe the 1906 and 1917 in the eagle at the top of the letter heard are in reference to the years of the two World Championships the white sox had won at that point.

Nice item.

It is actually from 1919. Gleason wasn't the manager until that season. Pants Rowland managed them in 1917-18.
