Hockey Cut Signature Mess

Some of these cuts are just crazy. I picked up this lot along with several signed Hockey signed pictures. Ray Bourque, Gretzky, lemieux, Yzerman. The cuts are all Hockey Players, I can see a Bobby Orr, Gordie Howe. And a few others. I have no idea who else signed. It would take me forever to figure out who they are. Modern Hockey Players sign like slobs . Economical they are not worth sending in to be authenticated, over 80 signatures. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I have no idea what to do with them.

Why would you complain about this "lot" after you purchased them? Or did you purchase this "lot" without seeing photographs of what you were purchasing?

Or am I missing something here?

Pretty sure I see the sigs of former Sox pitchers Bob Stanley and Joe Sambito (far right) so it appears you have a few baseball sprinkled in there as well.

I bought the lot at auction, the cut signatures were included in the bid along with some very good Signed hockey cards, over 200. The signed Bourque, Gretzky, lemieux, Yzerman and several others is the reason I placed a bid. I didn't care about the cuts I wanted the signed pictures. No complaint at all. I just don't know what to do with the crazy cuts. I was looking for any suggestions.

Unfortunately most modern players in any of the four major sports sign like slobs.

I recognize a few signatures. Besides the two Bob Stanley and the one Joe Sambito signature already identified. I see Jim Craig, Peter Laviolette, Ken 'The Rat' Linseman (sp), actress Marlo Thomas. The piece of cardboard that appears to be the back of a pad of paper looks like football players. I recognize a few other by the shape, but they are so far away I cannot identify them. The little photo at the top looks familiar, but I would need a closer look. Better overall scans would help. Appears to be from one of the occasional Boston collectors, but not one of the regulars from back then based on the paper used. I knew most of them when I lived there and except for Crazy Paul they all used index cards, player cards or the like, not note pads.

At least 4 of the players that signed that cardboard piece also signed the sheet of paper in the lower left. The signature in red upper left on the sheet in lower center looks like Hockey Hall of Famer Jean Ratelle. I also see two Gordie Howe sigs but no Orr. Two below Marlo Thomas is Red Sox catcher Rich Gedman. Below Gedman and next to Jim Craig at lower left corner of the photos in the upper left and right looks like Rick Middleton. I would guess that these are mostly late 1980's signatures being a mix of baseball, football and hockey.

Darker (cardboard?) in the upper middle - the bottom left sig looks to be Stan Mikita. If you could scan these I am sure more could be identified.
