W521 w/Decalco Litho... knocked off the list

As the continuation goes of getting a few of the easier type cards knocked off the want list it's fun to acquire cards that have mfg origins, or other printing, on them. I looked and looked and can't find too many other W521s with Decalco printing, though there is one on ebay for around a grand with most of the letters cut off. I think there should be one with Hoboken NJ in the printing too. It seems Decalco Lithographic was a prolific printing company.

Leon,

Although not a W521, here is a W519 with Decalco Litho Co Inc Hoboken NJ
half cut off on the left edge. I do not know much about these but bought it
raw a number of years ago because having the Mfg on the side was interesting.
Have you seen many W519's with this printing?

Regards,
Charlie

Thanks for posting that, Charlie. I have "looked" for these types of cards for a little while and think I recall a few others, though I am not sure. I am sure there are some examples hidden away in collections. Many times I bet the owner doesn't even know (or care) about the printing on their strip cards :). And specifically to your question, I don't remember seeing other W519s with that exact, or similar logo.

Decalco also did the 20 [40 with reversed images] card issue of the same design which I recently finished [thanks Leon for the last one I needed]. The set designation appeared between card 1 [Dempsey] and card 2 [Gibbons] and there was also a "20 to a set" printed between card 14 [Brennan] and 15 [Stecher]. Makes me wonder whether there is a similar "20 to a set" on the uncut baseball strip. Another point to ponder is whether the set name is on the reverse image cards too; I ask because the reverse image Dempsey shown below has the black print way offset and it does not appear to have lettering to the right of the card.
