A friend has an opportunity to purchase this Mantle.

Any thoughts? Does it look authentic?

Very hard to tell from that scan. Here are two, both variations, that are legit...one a beater and one pretty nice. Compare yours to one on left which is the variation in your scan

Colors don't line up, I'd stay away.

For the record, I agree with the other posters. I would like to see better pictures if they are available, but I have some serious doubts with what I am seeing color wise.
