Nelson, you should be proud of that box. I recently built a couple of similar boxes for my needs. I store my T206's separately from my post-war cards (worried about contamination) in a smaller 1.3 cubic foot safe. The cardboard boxes made for graded cards won't fit in the safe so had my collection inside the safe in an unorganized and random manner. I made these two boxes to fit snugly in the safe and it allows me to better organize my cards, both graded and ungraded, in rows. It won't hold the complete set but does have enough space for another 100 cards or so.

wow nice job Bunst ! Graded cards take a lot of space it is why now i buy Raw cards.... in my little box i can store 150 to 200 cards.. and i can have arround 12 box in my safe :)
