Need opinions please.

Purchased this t206 Magee Hindu last night, http://www.ebay.com/itm/1909-1910-19...vip=true&rt=nc

Not inexpensive by any means especially since its only a 1.5 but not many of these around. Just wanted opinions on the purchase? I love the Magee portrait, its one of my 5 favorite t206 poses. Probably significantly overpaid but, "I had to have it".

Nice card. An even better seller. You got what you wanted at a price you were willing to pay, seems like a good deal for you.

Looks like the underbidder has a Magee Hindu and was protecting his investment. He ran it up to one dollar below your bid. So he knew your bid and didn't want to top it but wanted the card to sell for as much as possible.

That is the reason I never bid until the last 5 seconds.

I am 100% sure the seller is legit. I would like to know what the underbidder was thinking.

I have this Hindu and was watching to see its current value. 2.5 times more than other common Hindus in the same condition.

jim i'm with you. had he come back at 6:55pm and saw OP upped his max bid again, the guy would've probably placed a $500, $513, etc. bids in the last 3 minutes to drive it up further.
