Who is this broadcaster (probably)

Have a ball with 3 signatures on it, the other two being Harry Caray and Jack Brickhouse, which makes me think this third one is another broadcaster and quite possibly Cubs-related. Any ideas?

Other two sigs, since I mentioned them:

It appears that may be an American League ball? If so, it may be a White Sox related ball because both Harry Caray and Jack Brickhouse called for the Sox as well.

Good point, and one I clearly didn't think through :o

It is an OAL Bobby Brown ball

Jack Drees? Jim West? I have to believe it's another Cubs announcer since both Caray and Brickhouse did Cubs games....

I've never seen a Joe McConnell autograph, could it be him? White Sox broadcaster in the early to mid 1980's.

I can't rule out any of the above suggestions, as I haven't found examples of any of their signatures to compare to. I will say that it is one heck of a scribble job though, so whoever's it is, there are likely more examples out there also unidentified. This is a good example why so many signed 3x5's have the signer's name printed on the opposite side!
