Rare 1912 Red Sox Fenway Park ticket stub and Opening Day Boston Herald Newspaper
 

From my personal collection. Thought I would offer this to the N54 board members first. Would be a wonderful gift for a Red Sox fan or maybe for you. Included is a ticket stub from the opening season at Fenway 1912, just over 100 years old now. Not an opening day ticket but a mere few weeks or so later. Also included is a Boston Herald Sports page covering the opening of Fenway on April 20, 1912-100% original. The newspaper is in excellent condition with minor wear and a horizontal fold down the middle. I have some better quality scans of the newspaper for anyone seriously interested but due to the size of the newspaper it will not fit on the scanner bed so scans are in pieces. Very collectable items for a Sox fan. I also would include at your request the commemorative plastic souvenir ticket that was distributed at the anniversary game this past April 20th as well as an actual ticket from the game(one of my personal tickets). These items would make for an unbelievable display if mounted and framed. Just no place to put it right now. Feel free to ask any questions.SOLD
