Question on Buck Oneil autograph
 

I go this message below from a lady and am trying to help her. I know Buck passed away in 2006. I also believe he was a fairly prolific signer. That being said I told this lady she might need to get a COA but also it might not be worth it to do that. Any help will be appreciated?

I do not have any card, but I have a vintage wool KC monarchs signed
cap from Buck O'Neil. The cap was signed in Cooperstown in 1994. I
made the cap for him in my cap shop.

Buck O'Neil is $20 for PSA to authenticate it, and from looking on ebay, hats autographed by him don't return more than $50. FWIW, she might look to keep it since it has no outstanding value without having to put more money into it.
