N172 Scott Stratton Rebacked For Sale
 

Hello everyone I recently picked this card up via ebay from fellow board member Peter. The card displays great but it appears it was rebacked at one point. I hate to have to sell it but I over spent for this month and have to let it go. Scans are below.
