last time i was on that site must've been 2002, and at that time it was just in SF, NYC, Boston and maybe one or two other cities...man, has it grown!

I very much doubt that the seller would take what was actually a "fair" offer. More likely, he's looking for an investor with more bucks than knowledge. Never, ever take it out of that "Gem" TPG holder!!!
