Larry---how do you tell the difference between the Topps and OPC 60 Tattoos and 68 Pin Ups

And why did Topps spell Tattoos one way in 1960 and another way in 1964 ? :):confused:

Al, the OPC had "Printed in London, Ont." on the back of the wrapper. I don't have an answer for your second question.
