I don't know much about game used uniforms, but would love to get a Cal Ripken. The thought this was in honor of his dad makes it cool.

I wouldn't touch anything in that auction, they have had nothing but trouble in the past. Plus they allow their sellers to bid/decide not to sell the item if they want. So you could win it, but only to have the seller back out.

Mearsonlineauctions.com is a good place to bid on game used. High end (ala Babe Ruth and DiMaggio gamed used bats) to affordable stuff. I've won stuff from them several times and had not issues with product, packaging, shipping et al.
