ted williams--inverted "m"
 

thought i had williams figured out, but holding this in-hand is giving me pause. what do you guys think of the "ms" where the m is upside down and there is no tail in the "s" at all. it just stops suddenly. i don't think this is a regular thing with his auto? going by fudd's +/- system there's alot to like here, but those quirks bother me...

I wish I had the same 1-10 system for figuring out Williams like I do Mantle.:D

I have a hard time figuring whats what with Williams more than 1/2 the time.

I happen to have 1 very similar, that I'd like to know about as well? Should I shread it or sell it? Thanks

fudd yours look to be an early 50's example. i'm no williams expert either but i had the one below and it was deemed to be secretarial by people with more knowledge than me.
