AL Simmons game piece from the 20s F/S or F/T

Dont know much about this piece. Its suppose to come from the 20s game called Major League Ball: An Indoor Baseball Game Supreme. If someone knows different let me know. It came with another card I bought and dont need it. $12 DLVD or would do some sort of trade or partial trade. Im doing a low end/ low condition type collection of St Louis players and olny have about 5 as of now. Thanks.
