T206 Hindu Group (8) For Sale

Hi all. I have a small block of Brown Hindu's I was looking to sell or trade. I am looking for $3200 or so for the group as a whole and prefer to move them at once. In my opinion, the group presents much nicer than the technical grades. Please let me know if you have any interest. Thank you very much for your time.

If you decide to sell individually I would be interested in the Clarke

If you decide to sell individually I would be interested in the Bowerman.

t206blogcom 08-09-2012 01:15 PM

As you already know, I'll take Guiheen-SL SGC 10 1 if/when you decide to break up the group. :)

wazoo 08-09-2012 01:31 PM

If you break up the lot, I'll see if we can work anything out about the Bell, or any other cards that are unclaimed.

DerekMichael 08-09-2012 02:01 PM

wow

I have to say, this site offers a much more fun and intimate setting than Ebay. Very cool.

Here is the scoop guys, it is my hope to move them all in one block just for convenience sake. However, if for some reason there is no match to be found, I would be willing to break them up.

I suppose the best route to start off would be if you could submit offers to me via PM for the particular piece you are interested in. Again, thank you for your interest guys. I do appreciate it.

DerekMichael 08-09-2012 06:12 PM

Here are some pictures. I am sorry the quality is so awful, but it is the best I can do for the time being. The quality and eye appeal of these cards is much better in person, I can say this with absolute certainty.

DerekMichael 08-09-2012 06:15 PM

Well, never mind, the site cannot handle the file size ... let me know if you want to see some pictures and I will email them. Thanks.

Leon 08-09-2012 06:20 PM

You should resize the pictures and post them. They do need to be about 80k or less. I have to leave to a softball game and won't be back until around 11pm tonight but if you want to send them to me I will resize and post them for you. If you do, please send them to leonl@flash.net .......good luck (looks like you might be able to sell them all singly if you don't find a buyer for the group)

Jlighter 08-09-2012 06:25 PM

I'd be interestead in McGraw or Guiheen

DerekMichael 08-09-2012 06:55 PM

Leon,

Thank you man. That is a real generous offer from you. I appreciate the hospitality. Thank you.

Pup6913 08-10-2012 04:12 AM

Is the same group from mr Towle???

DerekMichael 08-10-2012 12:09 PM

I have no clue what you are saying here ... what?

x2drich2000 08-10-2012 12:18 PM

I think Andrew is asking if this is the same group referenced in this thread: http://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=154966 though I don't see a Lake in your listing.

Oh, I understand. Thank you for clarifying. No, this is not the same group. I bought these from a friend. Thanks.

I am sorry for the delay, but I finally got scans for all of you who requested them. I apologize for the delay, and in reality should not have posted this listing without pictures. Anyways, here they are for those of you who wrote me. Thank you.

DerekMichael 08-16-2012 04:09 PM

The Fred Clarke is authentic because of a slight trim at the very bottom of the card, though the name and team etc. are still fully present. On the back of the McGraw, you may notice some writing. It has stamped on it "Fredrick Benedict Gessner" and in cursive it says "Princeton". Thanks.

Gradedcardman 08-17-2012 08:42 AM

Mr. Towle

The items was Mr. Towle are in a seperate thread from myself...

DerekMichael 08-17-2012 01:27 PM

As I mentioned, it was my preference to sell the group at once, but thus far, every single person who has written me has asked if I will split up the cards and has requested individual pieces. In other words, the people have spoken. Feel free to start sending offers on which piece(s) you want via PM and we can go from there. Thanks.

I will try to get some better pics up of all of the cards in the next few days. I have to wait until I see my sister because she has the camera. Thank you for your patience everyone.

I was finally able to have my sister take some good pictures for me. For all of you who have been writing, I am sorry it took so long, and I thank you for your patience.

The writing on the McGraw reads "Fredrick Benedict Gessner" and in cursive he writes "Princeton". There is a small trim at the bottom of the Clarke card.

Thanks!
