Does anyone know the year of distribution for each of the 12 series in this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe there was an article about this in an issue of Old Cardboard.

Thanks, Paul, it is in the 1/15/08 issue of Old Cardboard. Unfortunately, I do not have a copy, maybe someone would be kind enough to scan the 6-page article from theirs or check for me if the year of issue is present for each series.

I would be very interested in the year distribution as well. Anyone have this issue?
