E107 Sullivan Near Set - Legendary

Apologies if this is old news...

Just received my hard-copy of the Legendary catalog and the E107 near set supplement is jaw-dropping! Sweet Jesus, what a collection...and I must say, Legendary did a stellar job with the images and write-ups. My guess is that this will become "the" E107 reference for our hobby. Kind of a shame it's being sold as a set (158 of 168), but I get it. Be well...drool and all!

The set is being discussed in another thread.

Thanks Barry...I snoozed!

The problem is the title of the other thread...if you haven't read it there's no way to know what it's about. That happens sometimes.

Hey Mike. I was looking for that E107 thread and found this one instead, but I'll go off on a tangent. I think it's great when an auction house creates a special book like this for one set.

My favorite so far is the Legendary T206 book from November, 2011.
Goodwyn & Co. did something similar for the T206 set for their April, 2012 auction that was also very nice.
I was really hoping that Robert Edwards would add their own T206 book when they auctioned off the two Joe Pelaez sets, but they didn't.

How long before the winner of this near-set begins selling them off as singles???

Did it sell?

When I left on Saturday the near-set hadn't sold yet, but there was a serious offer on the table. Does anyone know if it sold?
