Jack Dempsey Underwood & Underwood

I picked up this Jack Dempsey card recently, but can find very little about it. It is the size and thickness of an exhibit card and has an Underwood & Underwood copyright. It is blank backed. It has a couple of light stains, but no creasing. Does anyone know what this card is? Is it part of a set or series? What about value? Thanks for your help.

Underwood and Underwood was a photo service, so likely it's their copyright for the image rather than the card itself. At least, I would think. They provided images to a few Pre-WWII baseball cards.
