Could be from a festival or some club event. It's not sports related IMO. It's crap...IMO...LOL.

Could it be a slasher/horror movie prop (i.e. another "evil toy" movie) where a pennant hanging on a bedroom wall comes to life brutally kills anyone and everyone who does bad things inside the room?
