W554 Backstamps
 

I just picked up a Cochrane with a Bonemery back stamp. I know these come with several other backstamps including a "Big Prize" and "Lucky Yo-Yo". Is anyone aware of any other back stamps? I've provided a list of the players I have been able to identify with each back. If you can add to the checklist I would appreciate it. Please feel free to post scans as well!

Bonemery back stamp - Cochrane (I know of 2), Grove, McWeeny
Big Prize - Pennock
Lucky Yo-Yo - McWeeny

My Grove has the Bonemery backstamp.

With Leon's newest acquisition, figured I bump this with some updates. Anyone have any others to add?

I have at least two bonemary stamps, both with Cochrane. Also, two big prize backs. One "Lukcy Deal" Pennock, & one "40 Winners" Fonseca.

Thanks Paul, the "40 winners" variation is a new one for me. Was your Pennock the SGC one from Ebay about 3 years ago? I'm not sure if that is the same one as Leon's or not.

Leon, I'm sure there are more out there as I've only been looking for the past 3 years or so. What's interesting to me is that of all the backstamps I have been able to track, there is not a lot of variations in the players. I've only found 5 different players and there seems to be mutliples of each

Big Prize (unknown which variation) - Fonseca

I think I got both of the Big Prize backs from the B/S/T, & they are not graded by SGC. Also, I love your enthusiasm for the set. I'm thinking it's my favorite set. I have been hesitant to make an offer for Leon's Yo-Yo, for I might go crazy.
