It has a half grade increment, it isn't old.

Plus the quality control guy/gal who definitely over looked it afterwards.

It was probably an older PSA graded card sent in for review and got the 1/2
grade higher and the person doing the lables didn't change what the computer
had it listed as because it would still keep the original cert number.
